Description
Using colloidal gold immunochromatography (GICA) technology, based on the principle of antigen-antibody specific binding, this ITGen Canine Leptospirosis Antibody Rapid Test rapidly detects Leptospira antibodies in dog serum/plasma/whole blood. Leptospirosis is a zoonotic disease, and infection in dogs may lead to severe symptoms such as kidney failure and hepatitis.
How to use?
Check the product contents and make sure the test operation is under the room temperature (15–30℃) before testing.
Take the test device out of the aluminum foil bag, and place it on a clean, flat table.
Use a capillary dropper to draw some whole blood, serum or plasma specimens and add one drop (about 10 μl) to the specimen well (S) of the test device and then add two drops (about 60 μl) of buffer into the specimen well (S) of the test device.
