Description
The ITGen Feline Calicivirus Antigen Rapid Test is designed using immunochromatographic technology for home testing. It detects feline calicivirus antigens in samples to assist cat owners in quickly identifying infections.Feline calicivirus often presents with mouth ulcers, drooling, sneezing, or mild fever. These signs can be mistaken for general discomfort, especially in the early stages. The ITGen Feline Calicivirus Antigen Rapid Test enables cat owners to screen at home, using secretions from the mouth or nose. This is particularly useful for cats with subtle or mixed symptoms, or in households where multiple cats may be at risk. By identifying the virus early, owners can separate infected cats, limit exposure to others, and decide more confidently whether veterinary care is needed.
