설명
Canine Parvovirus infection (CPI) is an important infectious disease of canines and weasels caused by Canine parvovirus (CPV) infection and characterised by severe enteritis syndrome and myocarditis syndrome. The disease occurs worldwide, with high morbidity and mortality in puppies. Canine Coronavirus infection is also a highly contagious intestinal disease of dogs, which is mainly caused by Canine Coronavirus (CCV), which mainly attacks the mature epithelial cells of the intestinal tract, presenting as acute gastroenteritis syndrome, with clinical signs such as depression, vomiting, diarrhoea and loss of appetite.
The symptoms include depression, vomiting, diarrhoea and loss of appetite. The disease is highly susceptible, usually between 2 and 4 months of age, but dogs of all ages can be infected under stress. The disease can be contracted alone or in combination with rotavirus and canine microvirus, but the mortality rate is higher in combination infections and is often greater than in single infections.
In recent years, mixed infections of canine microvirus and coronavirus have been frequently found in sick dogs admitted to veterinary hospitals. In clinical practice, the diagnosis of mixed infections of CPV 그리고 CCV is based on clinical symptoms, epidemiology, blood tests and faecal antigen detection. In acute infections, there is an increase in erythrocyte pressure, leukopenia and lymphopenia on blood tests.
To assist in the clinical diagnosis and management of similar cases, we have developed a rapid 파보 테스트 /코로나 바이러스 테스트 that detects both CPV and CCV. Currently, the rapid diagnosis can be made by using the canine small virus and canine coronavirus test strips, which only need to take a small amount of faeces of the affected dog to test, and the results can be obtained within 10 minutes, which is simple, fast and more than 98% accurate.
If the mixed infection of CPV and CCV can be diagnosed in the early stage, the sick dog should be isolated quickly, specially kept, strengthened care, and promptly take rehydration, haemostasis, anti-inflammatory, anti-diarrhoeal, and strict dietary control and other measures. Treatment of sick dogs, no specific drugs, can only take symptomatic therapy, supportive therapy, in order to prevent dehydration or secondary infection caused by death.
Pay attention to adjusting the water and electrolyte balance in different cases, enhance the disease resistance of sick dogs, and prevent secondary infections. Among them, rehydration is the most important measure besides the use of high immune serum or immune protein. If the disease is not diagnosed or treated in time, the mortality rate will be seriously increased.
Most dogs with canine microvirus and coronavirus disease can escape death if they are detected and treated early. Due to the availability of many related biological products in recent years, coupled with the high level of love and attention paid to pets, the mortality rate of canine microvirus disease has been greatly reduced. In order to prevent and control common viral diseases in dogs, it is necessary to enhance pet owners' awareness of disease prevention and consultation. At the same time, pet owners are warned to regularly vaccinate their pets and pay attention to the quality of the vaccine, as well as timely isolation of sick dogs to reduce the morbidity rate.
