Description

The ITGen Canine Rotavirus Antigen Combo Rapid Test uses a colloidal gold immunochromatography double antibody sandwich method to accurately detect rotavirus antigens in canine fecal samples through specific antibodies. This product is widely used in animal clinics, pet hospitals and kennels for rapid etiology screening when dogs have symptoms such as vomiting, acute diarrhea, and watery stools, so as to facilitate timely isolation and treatment measures. Rotavirus is the main pathogen that causes acute gastroenteritis in puppies and is highly contagious. Traditional electron microscopy or PCR detection has a long cycle and high cost.

How to use?

Check the product contents and make sure the test operation is under the room temperature (15–30℃) before testing.
Unseal the extraction tube containing the buffer.Place the extraction tube in the workstation.
Use the swab to collect some fresh canine feces or fecal sample from its rectum. And then put the swab into the buffer.
Rotate the swab more than 10 times.Close the cap of the buffer tube.
Take the test device out of the aluminum foil bag and place it on a clean and flat table. Add three drops (about 90 μL) of specimen (mixed sample) vertically into the specimen well(S) of the test device.

INTERPRETATION OF RESULTS

Положительный (+): Наличие как С-линии, так и Т-линии, независимо от того, является ли Т-линия сильной или слабой.
Отрицательный (-): Появляется только чистая линия C.
Неверно: В области C не появляется цветная линия, независимо от появления линии T.
